- Third-party service fees, including flight tickets and external tour operator bookings.

3. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 5 to 7 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider's processing policies. Please allow additional time for intermediaries to complete the transaction.
4. Partial Refunds and Unused Services
No partial refunds are available for services not utilized during your trip. If you choose to skip any planned activities, meals, accommodations, or transportation included in your package, we cannot issue reimbursements for those unused portions. Our packages are priced as complete experiences, and individual components cannot be separated for refund purposes.
5. Cancellation by SSSR Tours
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. We will also assist you in finding alternative travel arrangements if available and suitable.
